Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Baraboo, Wisconsin within 1–2 business days.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii).

Shipping is free on all orders, up to a maximum carrier cost of $15.
If the actual shipping cost for your order exceeds $15, we will contact you before fulfillment to confirm the adjusted rate or discuss alternatives.

All orders include tracking. A tracking email will be sent as soon as your order ships.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on carrier volume and destination.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at boxofwinners@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately.
